This page will take you through the easy steps required for ordering your new site.|
This process also applies if you are ordering 'Extra Content' for your existing HH Web Design website.
Once you choose the size of website you need, you will get a website Custom Designed to your requirements, with:
- Your choice of color scheme to run throughout the site and a Navigation
Menu with buttons or text links.
- A Banner / Header with any logo you provide (or we can design
a logo for you).
- The textual content (your business information) that you require for each page.
- Up to four (4) photos, or two (2) basic graphics per page, using thumbnails (as above) which enlarge, or standard 'snapshot' size on the page (approx. 6" x 4").
We can add more photos / graphics or general content to any page for a small, additional fee (See Extra Content for details).

OR EXTRA CONTENT FOR AN EXISTING SITE.|
- First choose the
Site Level - Basic, Small, Medium or Large you require and the number of pages.
- Go to our Pricing page to see how much the base site will cost after discounts (also how much you SAVE!)
- Next, be sure to check out our 'Extra Content' page to determine whether you need to add anything to your initial order
such as Graphics, Extra Content (text/pics), or a Photo Gallery etc.
- If ordering a new site that you believe may require more maintenance than the Standard minor changes included (eg Frequent text changes, or photo/Graphic
changes), then you should check the 'Maintenance' page to see if there is a package that fits your needs. However, if you are
uncertain at this point, these packages can be handled as a separate order and applied later.
- When you have done all of the above, click on the link below and Complete The Order Form.
This form has a few questions which you should answer, such as: Your Name, Company Name, Email Address; Your Order Details and Prices for each element of your order, etc.
- Once completed you should 'Save As' "OrderFormReply" or similar, to place it as a file on your computer, then click on the following
link Email Form To Us and Attach File To your Email
Please Note: If you do not have the "Word" programme installed on your computer, simply click on the email link and send us the information within your email.

When we receive the form or email with your requirements, we will contact you, usually within 48 hrs to establish communication, send you an Estimate (if required),
and to send you an invoice. Once everything is confirmed and agreed to, we require a Down Payment (See Below) to begin work on your order.
Below is an example of an order pricing, based on a 5 page website with a Photo Gallery Style#2. It also shows the annual fees for the 2nd year, and 3rd year
to keep your site active (For Hosting and Standard Maintenance, plus Domain Name Renewal, as well as the 'Payment Plan'.
- Order Totals up to $1500 : a 50% Deposit is required. With Balance Due on completion of order.
- Order Totals over $1500 : a 33% Deposit is required. With Balance Due on completion of order.
- NOTE: All Deposits Are Non-Refundable.
Note: The third year fee will be approximately 50% of your Initial Total Price and will be your annual fee thereafter.
